To request a refund, simply send an email to den@tryrino.com with your order details within 30 days from the date of purchase. No further evidence or explanation is required.


3. Exclusions

Please note that we do not offer refunds for requests made after the 30-day period from the date of purchase.


4. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle begins. Once canceled, no further payments will be charged, and your access to the app will remain active until the end of your current subscription period.

Exclusions

Please note that cancellation requests made after the end of the current subscription period will apply to the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the current period.

After purchasing a subscription to the Rino app, you will immediately gain access to the services and features within the app upon successful payment. There is no physical delivery involved, as the service is provided digitally through the app.


Access to Service

Your subscription will be activated immediately upon purchase, and you will receive instructions on how to download the app and set up your account via the email provided during the purchase process.
