1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, using, or subscribing to Rino (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App, do not purchase a subscription, and do not activate the trial.
2. Services Provided
Rino is a mindfulness-based mobile application designed to help men improve their sexual performance and relationships, specifically focusing on psychological and behavioral factors related to erectile dysfunction. The App provides various tools, including meditations and goal-setting features to aid in personal development and sexual health.
3. Subscription and Payment
The App is free to download. However, certain features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis for a fee. You may purchase a subscription directly from https://tryrino.com or through App Stores (Apple iTunes, App Store), and the applicable fees (and any related taxes) will be due as they become applicable.
3.1 Subscription Fees
Information about subscription options and their costs can be found on the screen where you select the available subscription plans. We ask that you carefully review the terms of the different plans, including any discounts and promotional offers, which you accept upon purchasing the subscription.
3.2 Payment Authorization
You authorize the App Stores (Apple iTunes, App Store, https://tryrino.com) to charge the applicable fees to the payment card you submit. Payment will be charged at the time of confirmation of purchase, or after the end of the trial period if applicable.
3.3 Changes to Subscription Fees
We may change subscription fees at any time. If this happens, we will notify you reasonably by posting the new prices on or through the App and/or by sending you an email. You may cancel the subscription before the new fees apply or abstain from pre-paying for future access to the Service.
3.4 Auto-Renewal of Subscriptions
By signing up for a subscription, you agree that your subscription may be automatically renewed unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal rates will be the same as your previous subscription period unless we notify you otherwise.
3.5 Cancellation of Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email at den@tryrino.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." Uninstallation of the App does not cancel the subscription, and you must follow the cancellation procedure described above.
4. Money-Back Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your subscription or encounter issues, please contact us at den@tryrino.com, and we will do our best to resolve your concerns. For details on refunds, please refer to our Money-Back Policy.
5. Age Restrictions
Rino is intended for users aged 18 and older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, please refrain from using the App.
6. App, Features, and Content Disclaimer
The App, its features, and content are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content provided through the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have any health-related concerns, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rino is provided "as is." RINO 77 DMI LTD, as the provider of the App, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or inability to use it. This includes any loss of data, disruptions in service, or any other adverse effects. In no event shall the total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the subscription during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
8. Data Privacy and Security
We value your privacy and take reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Armenia. For US-based users, disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable US law. For EU-based users, disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Armenia or applicable local jurisdiction.
